1. Order Processing
We require 1 to 3 business days to carefully process, inspect, and securely pack your orders (excluding weekends and US federal holidays). Please note that shipments and deliveries are paused on weekends and holidays.
Every order is sent with tracking. You receive the tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse so you can follow its journey every step of the way.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Your exact shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. The full amount you pay—including shipping and any taxes—is shown clearly before you confirm the order. We partner with reliable US shipping services such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

Standard Delivery: Orders arrive in 7 to 10 business days across the United States. (Note: Shipments to remote zones, Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), and Puerto Rico (PR) might take slightly longer).

3. Why Our Prices Are So Competitive
Our prices are below regular retail because stock is sourced as it becomes available, so delivery takes longer than next-day retail shipping. That trade-off is the reason for the price, allowing us to pass significant savings directly on to you.
If an order is going to take longer than 10 business days, we will email you before it ships so you can decide whether to wait or cancel for a full refund.

4. Order Changes and Wrong Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout! Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order, or if you entered the wrong address. Once an order has shipped, we are unfortunately no longer able to change the address.

5. Delays Outside Our Control
Carrier delays, severe weather, and public holidays can occasionally push delivery past the 7–10 business day window. We keep you updated by email when that happens.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the packaging and the item. We will replace the item or refund you in full.

30-day returns
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, with all accessories and parts included.

How to start a return
Email us at support@dailyvacshop.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.

Return shipping
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item we issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.

Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and photos. We replace it or refund you in full, and you are not charged return shipping.

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Opened consumables — filters, pads, brushes and cleaning solution — which count as used under the rule above
